If your inverter is experiencing a fault or error message, this could be resolved by trying the 'Shut Down and Start Up' procedure. If you’re going to try this yourself, please carefully follow the instructions provided to you at the time of installation. If you don’t have these available, we recommend getting in touch with a qualified electrician to help you with this process. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist you with this over the phone.

Your business is still connected to the grid. You’ll need that power from the utility company at night, but don’t worry. The cost is offset by any excess solar energy you put into the grid during the day.
